Integrated Geophysics & Interpretation Department

The Integrated Geophysics & Interpretation Department focuses on developing students' ability to integrate multi-physics datasets — seismic, potential-field, and well data — into unified subsurface interpretations. Coursework teaches workflows for building geological models from combined datasets, culminating in integrated interpretation projects for reservoir characterization and exploration-target evaluation. By graduation, students have already proven, through real project work, that they can merge heterogeneous geophysical data into a single, coherent geological model.
