Business Development & Ventures Department

The Business Development & Ventures Department trains students to convert research outputs into real market value. Through project-based coursework in IP and patent strategy, licensing-deal design, spin-off company formation, and structuring industry partnerships and public-private collaborations, students carry the experience of having identified lab-stage technologies, shaped them into business models, and led investment and partnership negotiations straight into the job market.
