Facilitates the transfer of research innovations to industry through licensing, partnerships, and knowledge exchange, covering patent landscaping, prior-art searches, technology valuation, and deal structuring. Manages the institute's intellectual-property portfolio and brokers technology-licensing agreements and collaborative research agreements (CRAs).
