Master's Student Hyun-Wook Jo, Undergraduate Student Yun-Gon Park Attend and Present at NGI Section Meeting in Norway

[Oslo=GeoVis] Hyun-Wook Jo, a master's student, and Yun-Gon Park, an undergraduate student, from the Geophysics Computing Lab at Jeonbuk National University, attended the 'NGI Section Meeting' held at the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute (NGI) on August 16th, sharing their research achievements.

The section meeting is a venue for exchanging project progress, research updates, and information on conferences and events for each department. Hyun-Wook Jo presented his self-introduction, research background, purpose of visit, and research content. Yun-Gon Park also gave a brief self-introduction and presented his research, actively communicating with the attendees.

This meeting provided both students with a valuable opportunity to experience an international research environment and understand NGI's various projects and research trends. It also contributed to strengthening their academic capabilities by presenting their own research.

Professor Ju-Won Oh stated, "It is a very important experience for students to directly participate in international academic exchange forums, present their research, and communicate with other researchers." He added, "We will continue to actively support students to grow into global leaders through such opportunities."
