Dr. Joonsang Park from NGI, Norway, Visits Geophysics Computing Lab

[Jeonju=GeoVis] Dr. Joonsang Park from the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute (NGI) visited the Geophysics Computing Lab at Jeonbuk National University on July 18th to conduct a special seminar.

This visit was part of the Honam Region CCUS Innovative Talent Nurturing Program. Dr. Park shared valuable knowledge and experience with the students through an in-depth seminar on various projects conducted at NGI and the global research environment. After the seminar, he had a beneficial time communicating with the students, encouraging their passion for research.

Professor Ju-Won Oh stated, "Dr. Park's visit was a valuable opportunity for our lab students to encounter global research trends and directly interact with international experts." He added, "We will continue to provide full support to help students grow further through such international collaborations."
