Undergraduate Student Lee Youngjoo Successfully Completes Research Dispatch at University of Calgary, Canada

[Calgary=GeoVis] Lee Youngjoo, an undergraduate student at the Geophysics Computing Lab of Jeonbuk National University, has successfully completed her research dispatch at the University of Calgary in Canada.

Lee Youngjoo conducted research as part of the Honam Region CCUS Innovative Talent Nurturing Program for greenhouse gas reduction, dispatched to the University of Calgary from December 28, 2023, to February 25, 2024. During her dispatch, Lee Youngjoo gained in-depth academic experience by conducting research on Utah FORGE gravity inversion modeling and directional drilling experimental equipment with Professor Jung-Woo Kim's research team.

This dispatch provided Lee Youngjoo with valuable opportunities to experience an international research environment and deepen her expertise in CCUS technology. The research team expressed gratitude to the University of Calgary researchers and Professor Jung-Woo Kim, and planned for future collaborative research.
