Energy Human Resources Development Project Conducts Pre-departure Training for Overseas Dispatch with KIGAM and KIOST Experts
[Jeonju=GeoVis] The Geophysics Computing Lab at Jeonbuk National University announced on the 2nd that it conducted pre-departure training for overseas dispatch personnel of the Energy Human Resources Development Program (Energy New Industry Global).
This training was conducted for the pre-departure preparation of 5 overseas dispatch personnel, with the participation of selection committee members.
Dr. Eun-jin Park, Dr. Byung-jun Yoon, and Dr. Jun-young Huh from the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (KIGAM), and Dr. Jong-ha Hwang from the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology (KIOST) participated as experts in the training.
During the training, concrete cooperation measures for achieving the goals and disseminating the results of the dispatched personnel were discussed, and practical advice for effective research performance at overseas research institutions was provided.
Through this pre-departure training, the dispatched personnel had the opportunity to enhance their understanding of the overseas research environment and concretize their research goals.
