β‘ Intelligent Geophysical Exploration Division
The Intelligent Geophysical Exploration Division (IGED) advances AI-powered geophysical exploration technologies for accurate subsurface characterization. Its work spans six interlocking domains - seismic exploration and imaging, potential field methods (gravity and magnetic), electromagnetic methods, earthquake seismology, integrated geophysics and inversion, and well logging and petrophysics - treated as complementary lenses on the subsurface rather than isolated disciplines. The division's core approach is to fuse AI/ML with traditional geophysical methods to achieve breakthrough gains in resolution, accuracy, and interpretation speed.
